I stopped just to look at this and snap a quick picture. It's awesome and really looks better than it ever did. This was a loaded SXT plus with the V6 and auto tranny, but all in all seems like a good deal. They're asking a hair under $34k.

For ~$35k+, I'd prefer to have something with a V8. It does look pretty good though.

V8s are very slowly moving into the $40k bracket anyway. They'll be locked up there by the time the new challenger gets here. But as a consequence, the 4 and 6 cylinder cars end up having to offer more to justify their presence in the $30k bracket now. We will get a turbo pentastar Challenger for the next generation. Mark my words...

I haven't shopping for Challengers in awhile, but can't you get a V8 for that kind of money?

That's very true. A Mustang GT optioned how I would want it is in the low-mid 40's. However. You can get a "base" 2015 GT for less than the aforementioned V6 Challenger.

You can also get a V8 Challenger for less. He did say that particular V6 was loaded.

I did a review of the SXT two years ago. Nice car with decent power, but when the hemi R/T starts at $30,495 it's a tough sell. Even with some options the R/T would be the same money as the V6 car.

Eh, some of that is 12 years worth of inflation.

Worth it.

Absolutely. That's only $100 a year, or $8.33 or so per month. I could deal with that.

Your posts are tripping me out. That's where I bought my first car. It used to be Jenkins Chrysler.
